Step 1 – Cook The Chicken

Fitness pizza - step 1 - cook chicken

Take 100 grams of raw chicken breast. Cut all the fat off if there is any. Chop chicken breast in small peaces and put it on already preheated pan. Cook until ready. It will take about 5 minutes. Season it to your own taste.

You can use other chicken preperation methods. Or chop previously cooked chicken.

Step 2 – Grate, Chop, Cut And Slice

Fitness pizza - step 2 - prepare ingredients

While chicken is frying, prepare the rest of ingredients. Grate the cheese. Chop champignon. Cut spinach. Slice tomato. Also I like cut the slices of the salami on half so later I make no mess when I trying to bite of the piece of it. Half the slice is perfect a for one bite.

Step 3 – Prepare The Base

Fitness pizza - step 3 - prepare the base

While chicken is still frying, let’s prepare the the base for your Fitness Pizza.

Take the whole grain tortilla wrap. If such is not available then use a regular one or make your own base with whole grain flour.

Impose the sauces and spread them out evenly using a table spoon. I usually use digital kitchen scale for the sake of accuracy. There always is an enticement to use more sauce than the recipe says. The garlic sauce basically is the mayonnaise, that’s why I use it as minimal as possible.

Once you have dealt with the sauces, distibute half of the cheese you grated on the previous step over the base. Save the other half for the topping.

Step 4 – Decorate The Topping

Fitness pizza - step 4 - add the rest of ingredients

By this time the chicken should be cooked already. Now take the chicken and all the rest of the ingredients you prepared on the Step 2 and add them to the base. Decorate your pizza as your heart feels.

It’s no secret that the more aesthetic the food is, the better it tastes. It’s your Fitness pizza – make it taste good.

Don’t forget about the salami too. Although you could do without as it is probably the most unhealthy ingredient (except the garlic sauce) on this recipe. I personally like the salami as it helps to create the feeling like this was a regulat junk food pizza. Satisfaction for a body and a brain.

Step 5 – Make It More Cheesy And Let It Bake

Fitness pizza - step 5 - sprinkle over the cheese

Now take the cheese that has left over and sprinkle over the pizza so that everything stick better together. Also add seasoning at your preferance. Then put it in the already pre-heated stove up to 200 degrees celsius (392 degrees farenheit) for about 5 minutes.

When ready, don’t immediately take pizza out to avoid folding of the tortilla because of rapid temperature changes. Remember we want the pizza to look aesthetic as an art so it tastes great. So instead open the stove’s door and leave the pizza in there for about 1-2 minutes to let it cool a little. Then serve and enjoy.

Fitness pizza - Bon appetite!
